Crawley Bees orders are packed with care and dispatched in small batches, ensuring your honey arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery

UK Delivery (Royal Mail)

Orders are sent UK-wide using Royal Mail tracked services.
Available delivery options (including signature services) are shown at checkout, with pricing set by Royal Mail at the time of ordering.

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, and always within 72 hours of ordering, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Holiday notice
If I’m away, the website will clearly notify you before you place your order, including any temporary changes to dispatch times.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service selected.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Crawley.

• Local delivery charge: £2.50

• Where local delivery is selected, I’ll be in touch to confirm timing

Collection

Collection is available from 19 Nuthurst Close, Ifield, using a secure collection box.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a message confirming:

• Which collection box to use

• Your personal access code

You can collect your order at any time that suits you — there’s no need to arrange a specific time. Simply use your code to access the box and collect your order.

If I’m away, collection availability will be clearly shown on the website before ordering.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, honey and other edible items cannot be returned if you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
